Decoration

Remains of two parallel bands filled with strokes that are perpendicular to the bands. Taking into consideration other sherds that likely belong to the same vessel, it can be suggested that a pair of chevron-bands were running around the whole interior of the vessel, with several hippopotamuses painted between some of the tips, although none is visible on this sherd.

On the outside, faint traces suggest the presence of parallel oblique lines (top left to bottom right).
