Merel Eyckerman ( 1981 )
Merel Eyckerman is a professional illustrator with a particular interest in archaeology. She collaborated with an archaeological team from the University of Cologne in Dakhla Oasis, Egypt. Since 2006, she has collaborated with Stan Hendrickx on the research project Non-fiction graphic illustration exemplified by excavations in Egypt. She has returned to Egypt frequently as an archaeological illustrator, mostly assisting hte KULeuven team with their project in Dayr al-Barsha.
