Description

Stylised bull's head amulet with a horizontal perforation at the back. The horns are clearly indicated and almost touch at the ends. Around the base is a small, protruding rim. The eyes are drilled.

The pendant is part of a string with cylindrical and barrel shaped beads in serpentine and steatite, as well as nerita shells (UC10834). The material is described as "gypsum" in the Petrie Museum online catalogue.
