Dietrich  Wildung  ( 17.06.1941 )

A German Eyptologist, Dietrich Wildung was director of the Staatlichen Sammlung Ägyptischer Kunst in Munich in 1975–88, before taking on the directorship of the Ägyptischen Museums in Berlin in 1989–2009. He directed the Munich archaeological mission in the eastern Delta from 1978 and also investigations in Naqa, Sudan, since 1995.
