Charles Trick Currelly ( 11.01.1876 - 10.04.1957 )
A Canadian Egyptologist, Charles Trick Currelly joined the staff of the Egypt Exploration Fund in 1902 and excavated under W.M. Flinders Petrie at Abydos (1902-1903), at Ehnasya (1903–1904) and in the Sinai (1904–1905). He also worked under Édouard Naville at Deir el-Bahri (1905–1907). From 1902–1909 he formed a collection of objects for the Royal Ontario Museum of Archaeology, Toronto, where he became curator in 1907 (later Director, 1914–1946).
