Description

Stylised bull's head amulet with a horizontal perforation at the back. The horns are hardly indicated. The eyes are drilled.

Comments

This pendant is part of a necklace with beads made of lapis lazuli, carnelian, limestone, ??? as well as shells and an obsidian flake. Tomb 1629 contained three other necklaces; all were found in situ (Brunton & Caton-Thompson 1928: 50).
