The find context and the contents of tomb a101 have not been published. Petrie (1921: pl. LVIII.91U) dates the palette to SD 34, which corresponds to Naqada I.

Description
Rhomboid palette attributed by Petrie (1921: pl. LVIII) to type 91U. This type of palette has a horn emblem on top of one of the extremities. It is angular at the ends of the shorter axis and has a pointed extremity.
