The find context and the contents of tomb a54 have not been published. Petrie (1921: pl. LVIII.90H) dates the palette to SD 72, probably corresponding to Naqada IIIA1.

Description
Rhomboid palette attributed by Petrie (1921: pl. LVIII) to type 92D. This type of palette has rather inconspicuous angular projections at the ends of the shorter axis and pointed extremities.
