One extremity is missing; pitting on the surface and large flake missing on one side.
Description
This is most probably a rhomboid palette with angular projections at the ends of the shorter axis that was reworked after one of its extremities broke off.
Object use
Traces of use can be observed but one side of the palette is heavily damaged. There is a limited amount of pitting.

Comments
Cemetery D is a Middle Kingdom - New Kingdom cemetery. Predynastic finds are not mentioned in the excavation report (Randall McIver & Mace 1902: 63–66).
