Description
The bottom of the vessel appears to not have been slipped nor polished.
Decoration
A group of three contiguous, large, downturned, crosshatched triangles faces a similar group of two triangles. Between these two groups, two smaller, downturned, crosshatched triangles, each separated by a small gap from a downturned, crosshatched chevron are painted on opposite sides of the vessel.

Comments
Quibell (1905) listed the provenance of this artefact as Saghel el-Baglia, without suggesting that this provenance had been used erroneously, instead of Gebel el-Tarif. This is however likely the case. See de Morgan (1896, 1897).
