Albert Ferdinand  Pagnon  ( 01.01.1847  -  19.03.1909 )

A French businessman, Albert Ferdinand Pagnon lived mostly in Egypt since the age of 21. He was very active in the tourism industry, first working for Thomas Cook, then building several hotels, including the Winter Palace in Luxor. He owned a number of Egyptian antiquities, including predynastic objects.
