Description

Stylised bull's head amulet with a horizontal perforation at the back. The horns are not indicated.  The eyes are drilled and there are two lines around the base.

Comments

This pendant may have been part of a necklace because a number of beads is mentioned in the tomb register (Brunton 1927: pl. XI.1620). According to the distribution list made by Brunton (1927: 81), the contents of tomb 1620 should be in the Manchester Museum.
