Description

The rhomboid palette is asymmetric and has angular projections at the ends of the shorter axis. It has one point extremity, the other one is broken off.

Object use

The palette probably has slight hollowing in the central area but the available documentation is inconclusive.

The Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures Museum online catalogue mentions "grave HG" as provenance at Mahasna. It is unclear what this refers to.
