Tomb 1424 was not dated by Mond & Myers (1937). Dated to Naqada IC (Hendrickx 1989: II, 387).

Material : Greywacke

Preservation : Almost complete

One extremity is missing.

Description

The rhomboid palette is angular at the ends of the shorter axis and has rounded extremities.

 

Object use

The palette is deeply hollowed by use.
