Decoration

Two concentric lines are painted under the rim. Below stand three hippopotami, two of them facing right and one left. They have their ears and eyes indicated by four small ticks and triangles, and their incisors protrude from their mouths. Their bodies are filled with diverse motifs, such as crosshathed triangle, crosshatched bands, parallel lines, and upturned chevrons. Groups of three, four, and five parallel "W" zigzag lines are placed between the animals.

The inside of the rim is decorated with groups of parallel, vertical lines.
