Decoration
Two partly superimposed crocodiles, depicted head to tail, fill the bottom of the bowl. The lozenge-shaped heads, bodies, legs, and tails are cross-hatched. Series of dots on the tails represents the scales of the hide and the legs end with five-toed claws. The crocodile apparently represented below the other one is smaller and partly covered by the other animal’s legs. On either side of the crocodiles, on the sides of the vessel, are two curved branches with the leaves (?) depicted only on one side of the stem; the two branches cross each other in one case. A small design seems to be painted between the branches, but is hardly visible.

Comments
The diameter of the vessel is not regular, but the bowl was likely not meant to be elliptical. The authenticity of the decoration is not certain.
