Decoration
On the outside of the vessel, five quadrupeds with lyre-shaped or twisted horns face right, with one very long plant motif starting at base and rising between two animals vertically, then bending horizontally below the rim and above the animals; on the inside of the vessel, two irregular downturned triangles filled with chevrons, and at least four animals similar to those on outside. The animals have their bodies decorated with straight oblique lines on the inside, and with wavy vertical and oblique lines on the outside of the vessel. The identification of the species is not guaranteed, but they can tentatively be seen either as hartebeest (if the horns are considered lyre-shaped), or as sheep (if the horns are considered twisted).
